Airline Service Program Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing North American customers, and further develop Central and South American relationships.
  • Develop new customers and referral leads, add and support the companies CRM database.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years in aircraft sales, material transportation/logistics, or airline sales experience.
  • Airline operations orientated with materials AOG experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual/trilingual in Spanish and/or French is preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to work productively, independently, or within a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to attend client meetings, in addition to attending global trade shows, conventions, and conferences.
  • Determination, a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm.

Charter Coordinator - Private Jets
General Position Information
Base Pay: Starting base pay is $35,000 – $45,000 (based on experience), plus commission.

Benefits: Retirement Savings Plan (SIMPLE IRA) and health insurance.

Shift Work: Work 5 consecutive days per week for a total of 40 hours. 30 minute meal break and two 10 minute breaks per day. Shift examples as follows; shifts cycle throughout the week: Early Shift 0645-1315 / Mid Shift 0900-1730 / Late Shift 1445-2315

Position Summary

Receive, evaluate, and qualify inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email. Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences, and desired itinerary. Vet the vendors’ options to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed industry standards. Make recommendations and sell the client the best option. Produce a precise contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option. Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs. Flight follow to ensure a smooth travel experience and pass movement messages. Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator and ensure a seamless transportation experience. Collect invoices to close the trip and send to accounting. Provide customer care and retention. Maintain a daily team focus list and handover information with team members at the beginning and end of every shift.
