Key executive Donough Hughes reaches milestone with 25-Year Worldwide Air Charter Service Company

Peter Le Bas, CEO said “Today is a very special day for LBI. Our one and only great leader Donough Hughes celebrates 20 years of service. Yes, I am delighted to say Donough has survived twenty years of awesome service with LBI in this challenging aviation industry. It was at the very first interview in the cafeteria in the bowels of the old terminal at Shannon Airport, in a land far far away that I asked Donough where do you see yourself in five years? Without hesitation he confidently replied, I want your job! Sold with this enthusiasm I hired him immediately. On May 10th 1996, in a small cold temporary office, a young man bright eyed and bushy tailed, supporting a bright red mullet and side burns (Elvis would have been proud of) took up position as charter analyst. Over the following twenty years Donough proved himself to be a cornerstone for LBI. Keeping a level head in the most stressful moments, while never letting go of his now famous catch phrase no charter left behind. Donough worked hard through the ranks to take over my job as President of LBI. Today, you can see on his desk a reminder that the Yes We Can attitude prevails. Donough has over his 20 years at Le Bas International served as Charter Analyst, Director of Special Projects, and Director of Sales.
