Private Jet Charter to Art Basel with Le Bas International

Art Basel is a for-profit, privately owned and managed international art fair staged annually in Basel, Switzerland; Miami Beach, Florida; and Hong Kong selling established and emerging artists. The commercial fairs also offer parallel programming produced in collaboration with the host city’s local institutions. While Art Basel provides a platform for galleries to show and sell their work to buyers, it also attracts a large international audience of art spectators and students.

Art Basel has revealed the exhibitor list for its 2018 edition in Switzerland, which runs from June 14 to 17. Some 293 galleries are set to exhibit at this year’s fair, with 229 of them participating in the main “Galleries” sector. There are a few notable additions to the “Galleries” sector, including New York’s 47 Canal, Berlin’s KOW, and Bogotá’s Casas Riegner. Those spaces previously showed in the fair’s “Feature” or “Statements” sectors, which are for curated presentations and emerging galleries, respectively. Among the 17 new exhibitors at the fair are New York’s Essex Street, Los Angeles and Paris’s Freedman Fitzpatrick, Dusseldorf’s Galerie Max Mayer, London’s Carlos/Ishikawa, Cologne’s Jan Kaps, and Vienna’s Croy Nielsen.
